Vessel Walkthrough & Accomodations The Hatteras 61 Motor Yacht remains a popular model because of her Galley-up floor plan that today's Buyers prefer. The upper level of theHatteras 61 is divided into four sections: An enclosed Pilothouse forward, separate Galley and Dinette area, a huge full-width Salon, and a small aft deck platform with room for line-handling and lounging. A Dinette converted to Office is located on the lower level along with four Staterooms and four Heads. This is a spacious floor plan for a 61-footer and certainly one of the more appealing features of this yacht. The Owner's Master Stateroom is extremely spacious, with its walk-in wardrobe and is the only stateroom aft of the separate, walk-in engine rooms down the passageway. Additional features include a very large Flybridge with lots of seating, new canvas seat covers, an electric grill, sink, refrigerator with ice maker. Also with Tender storage with hydraulic lift aft of Flybridge deck. There is lots of storage aft, a full teak interior, port and starboard wheel house deck doors, foredeck lounge seating, a tub/shower combination in the Master ensuite Head compartment, and an integral bow pulpit. CAROL LEE is powered with twin 650-HP, 12V71 Detroit diesels which will cruise at 16-knots and reach a top speed of around 18-knots. This yacht is in excellent condition and perfect example of one of Hatteras' most desirable models ever constructed. This owner has full maintenance records and has meticulously maintained her over the past twenty years. All reasonable offers will be seriously considered, so please come and see this boat. You certainly won't be disappointed |
