Les Arômes de Cyrano

"Les Aromes de Cyrano", explores the language of chocolate. We have built an encyclopaedia of chocolate flavour based on chemical and sensory analysis. This enables us to speak about taste in a way that recognises and understands the very essence of different chocolate flavour profiles; so we can better help our customers create unique products with exceptional tastes.

Furthermore, we used "Les Aromes de Cyrano" to create the Belcolade Collection of Origin chocolates - only chocolate which has passed the "Cyrano test" for uniqueness and distinctiveness can be included in the Collection range.
